I have never been treated with such kindness and respect by an entire staff of wonderful people. I was in a tough spot and no one was anything but welcoming and patient to me. The manager was one in a million and she deserves to be praised for exceptional flexibility and patience, given my challenging situation. I will forever be grateful to all of the hardworking, non-judgemental men and women who are tirelessly working to create a clean and welcoming place to stay for all.
Motel 6 in Simi is not bad rooms are clean service is good . Please fix the door locks and please don’t let people smoke outside the rooms . And a big please don’t let that kiosk check in take over . Having a real person there on the property check you in is a big plus . You couldn’t understand the person in a kiosk talking to you .
