Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was simple, but clean. The hotel is very close to the Portland Convention Center, so I often stay here when going to conferences.

On the website it had said that there were microwaves and mini fridges in the room, yet their wasn't. That's the only thing that I think could be improved on.
