Other than some cosmetic wear and tear, it’s always clean and comfortable. Need to get a handle on the wear and tear now or it will unfortunately end up like the others and the Avoca,IA is the ONLY one we will stay at!

It was a nice clean quiet room, It our second time staying at this motel its a nice part way stop on our way to visit the kids and grand kids
