I left my laptop in my room. As soon as housekeeping found it the owner called me. At that point I was already 300 miles away, but he mailed it back to me the very same day. Just unbelievable service and kindness. Great hotel and great owner.

Other than some cosmetic wear and tear, it’s always clean and comfortable. Need to get a handle on the wear and tear now or it will unfortunately end up like the others and the Avoca,IA is the ONLY one we will stay at!
