My initial room had several problems, including an unpleasant odor and no air conditioning, but the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, promptly moving me to a different room in another building. Overall, it turned out to be a pleasant stay, especially since it's conveniently located near Ziggys and offered a good price. I appreciate the service and will definitely come back!
The front desk staff member, Teresa, was extremely helpful, and Assistant General Manager Kamika was understanding and effective in resolving issues, which made my stay very comfortable. The property was well-maintained, and the grounds staff kept everything clean. I also appreciated the clean rooms and the convenient access to great dining options, as well as nearby amenities like the mall and pharmacy.
