The customer service at Motel 6 is significantly better than that of the Days Inn next door, as the staff is attentive, caring, and treats guests with respect, which I truly appreciate. However, I had a negative experience with the manager, James, who was quite rude to me. On my very first night there, he insisted that I leave the property for 72 hours while I was trying to get my baby girl and 2-year-old son into the car. This behavior felt very unprofessional.
The toilet does not flush properly The drain under the sink is leaking Water from the shower head leaks when water is running in the tub I like that this Motel 6 is pet friendly Towels are not always available due to the fact that guests are not returning them yet getting replacements.
