The people are nice and always helpful. Talk gently and polite. Rooms have a cleaning schedule and they do it accordingly. Provided Clean Towels everyday and hygienic paper as needed. Cleaning is also good. The service is great. The public Rest rooms level 1 are always well serviced. TV in the room and the lights always ok! I also found the location very strategic, close to I-10, in the middle of 2 Gas stations and a Market area. The trees in one side and a open green area where people can walk the dogs. Great positive experience.
We lived at this location for four years after we lost our home. We were treated like family and we considered the staff as family. Any problems were resolved quickly. Front desk as well as housekeeping always provided excellent service. We met some really friendly people. Now not all guests were pleasant, but the front desk staff and management were quick to resolve any issues. I'm not lying, but I cried when we left. Thank you so much for providing a safe and friendly home.
