While this hotel doesn't advertise itself as a five-star establishment, it offers a clean and comfortable experience, especially on the upper floors away from long-term guests on the second floor. The beds are cozy, and the air conditioning is adequately cool, though the blackout curtains may let in some light, particularly on the east side in the morning. Overall, it provides an affordable option with fantastic staff and convenient access to various attractions in the Katy area.

The front desk service was excellent, and the parking lots are well-lit and monitored by cameras. Unfortunately, I did find a cockroach in my room. Aside from that, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too high for my liking.
