Affordable, close to the 101/to the Chumash plus the staff is super friendly and helpful!

This is by far the nicest Motel 6!! Clean!! Inside and out, the rooms did not smell at all , no hint of cigarette. The rooms were clean!! Yes it’s still a motel 6 and all they offer are the basic amenities like soap! But for the price, the location, and the cleanliness!! The outside grounds are very well kept, the staff was friendly! It felt safe, and it didn’t smell, and the rooms were quiet!! Also they have a nice pet relief area with real grass!!
