Well, I eventually felt ok but when I first got there there were people cooking at the curb across from me and really checking out what I was doing and the stuff I was moving around from my car. I felt watched. I don't know if they were staying there and if not it is nice to let possibly unhoused people hang out and cook but maybe in a designated area, likewise, if they were staying there, a designated area for outdoor cooking would be good other than outside people's rooms.
Accommodating friendly staff. Convenient location. Easy to find, restock for the trip in a near by shopping area, and to get back on the road. Quite clean rooms. Dog friendly. Great value for a road trip in either direction. Comfortably slept through the night before continuing our road trip.
