The lobby lacked staff, and I had to communicate with a representative through a kiosk using a zoom-like device, which was challenging due to the echo in the lobby that made it difficult to understand her questions. The pool and gym were closed, likely because there were no guests around. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were clean and newly renovated, exceeding my expectations.

The check-in process involves a kiosk with human assistance, which may be difficult for first-time users. The room was generously sized, tidy, and had a pleasing minimalist design. It was peaceful until 10:30 PM, when some guests appeared to be slamming doors, creating quite a disturbance.
