Everything in the room was clean. The towels, linens, etc. were all neat. The environment felt completely safe. I had no qualms staying at this inexpensive location as an older, single woman. However, the physical room itself was a bit shabby. The door jam had been broken and only haphazardly repaired. A large piece of veneer had been pulled off the bed headboard. Basically everything that was under the control of housekeeping was totally fine, and things that required construction work to repair were rough around the edges. I also appreciate the close proximity to a grocery store, restaurants, and gas stations. All that said I got a perfectly good nights sleep for $56. For me that is stellar value.
I have used this Motel 6 for several years. Every few months I need a place to overnight after an event near Ukiah. I want safe, clean, and inexpensive. The rooms at Motel 6 Ukiah North while very basic meet all my criteria at an amazingly affordable price, and the staff is always courteous. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip.
