The heat would just get too hot and the fan setting would be more like ac no matter what setting we tried. Also the remote was missing? Not a huge deal though. It was easy access, nice for the dogs, good for the price and no pet fee. Would like nicer or thicker sheets/blanket for the bed.

Very accommodating for our needs. The room as cleaned, however, the shower could use some scrubbing. A magic eraser could do wonders. It might be extra work the first time but makes it easier from then on, coming from a cleaning person.
