I did request and receive extra pillows. One of the two pillows in the room was rather small. We've become accustomed to 2-pillows per person so we can sit up and read comfortably in bed. This is essential for comfort since there is not a sofa or easy chair in the room. Lots of amenities could be improved, but we want to help keep the costs down, so don't mind asking if we need shampoo.

Room 304 Furnace produced very little heat. I reported it on the way out. It was not a nasty occurrence - just a little cool. The Price is inexpensive, except for the Money Grab on Holiday nights.
