The rooms in building C seem to have been recently renovated, and my room was spacious and well-maintained. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building, although I appreciated the numerous no smoking signs displayed everywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements made since my last stay a year ago, which had been quite disappointing. This time, everything was very clean. However, I didn't appreciate the strong smell of marijuana in the hallways.
