The office staff was very nice & helpful. The complex is quite old & dated, but is in generally good condition. there were a few 'dicey' looking characters hanging around in the parking lot. First impressions of the room (#209) were positive, but the bathroom floor was in poor condition around the tub. Bed was comfortable. There was a large dog at the end of the second floor balcony that barked periodically through the night.....but I like dogs!
The communication from Adam the general manager and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. The guest volume was at max for the weekend’s city special event. Our room availability was delayed due to the housekeeping room turnaround however we were kept aware of the delay through constant communication. The bathroom shower faucets were tricky and I made Adam aware of that. Motel location was ideal for the special event!
