This hotel offers excellent value for the price, conveniently located in Dallas without the hefty big-city rates. I appreciated its proximity to a bus stop that connects directly to downtown, especially since I didn’t have a car. The staff was very professional, polite, and accommodating; they promptly answered my questions, provided change, and offered helpful directions. Housekeeping also did a great job.
The hotel and room were great, and the service was satisfactory. I would recommend relocating the laundry facility to a more central location instead of the second floor for safety reasons, especially for guests who might want to do laundry late at night without having to walk far. Overall, I appreciated my stay as the room was nice and the hotel was conveniently accessible. Thank you!
