Christina Garcia at the front desk was fantastic. Was traveling alone and not only did she have a fantastic attitude but also gave me tips and pointers of places to go and things to see. Local spots to go hiking down the bluffs to see the sea lions and collect some really awesome shells. The room was immaculate and the housekeeping and rest of the staff was great also. Definitely recommend. And the price was affordable too. Planned for one day and ended up staying two.
I don’t really get the bad reviews. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture was in great condition. Customer service was excellent too. Yes, it’s close to the freeway so you might hear some noise during the day, but nights are quiet and with the AC on you barely notice it. For the price, I honestly think it’s one of the best places to stay in the area.
