
The customer service was outstanding & really there's 2 improvements I'd suggest. First, is using a different cleaner. Our first room smelled like cat pee. Second, putting the tv's back to back in one room to the other, so you could hear it less in the next bedroom.

This likely has nothing to do with this Motel 6 itself, but rather corporate's poor implementation. The email I received and the website where I reviewed my reservation both didn't show the check-in or checkout time. This seems pretty basic to have.
