I like that it is very quiet when your inside your room, no outside noice at all. The bed seemed to have a new mattress and was extremely comfortable. What I think that can improve would be to have more movie channels on the TV and improve the hot water problem. You have to run the water for about 5-8 min before the water starts to heat up. This seems to affect the second floor room 201-212 and the manager living quarters.

I like the clerk and staff very much. I'm hard of hearing and it would be nice to have closed captions on the televisions.
