
The second floor railing was being repaired, and I had no electricity the second night. Dennis, the desk clerk, tried his best. He even called his manager, checked the breaker in the basement, and returned to check on me. Since it was 10pm, and I was leaving in the morning, it was fine. I just went to sleep. Dennis went above & beyond in a really difficult situation. Thank you, Dennis!

I love the location. I really appreciated the price. The housekeeping staff had nice smiles, and we’re friendly, which I also appreciate it.
