I had an unexpected hiccup during my check-in at the hotel, where I was informed of a prior incident linked to my name. I was quite surprised, as I've never even visited this location before. The staff directed me to contact the booking site for a refund, but I ended up having to find a place to stay elsewhere. While my experience here wasn't what I hoped for, I appreciate the staff's attempts to assist.

We've been staying here for the last four months, and we've found the prices to be excellent, the rooms are always clean, and the front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and attentive.
