I had an unexpected hiccup during my check-in at the hotel, where I was informed of a prior incident linked to my name. I was quite surprised, as I've never even visited this location before. The staff directed me to contact the booking site for a refund, but I ended up having to find a place to stay elsewhere. While my experience here wasn't what I hoped for, I appreciate the staff's attempts to assist.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming! They even shared a quick tip on how to access the highway more efficiently, which really saved us some time.
