Bedroom TV (cable box) not working. Should be tax exempt for stays 30+ days.

During my most recent stay, I noticed that while the room had been updated previously, the exterior was still being worked on. This time, however, there was no sense of unease; everything was clean and well-lit, making me feel very safe.
