Outside areas of motel (painting, landscaping, litter pick-up, etc) needs some much overdue updating. Mngt./owners should take a little more pride in visual/aesthetics of outside of property.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and the property itself are well kept. Couldn't ask for a better stay.
