My tv wasn't turning from either remote but the maintenance came and fixed the issue he was nice. The staff the are polite and respectful and have no problem answering questions and concerns. Just being able to have towels

Staff was super accommodating, especially Chuck, my man came thru with friendly, timely, TV tweeting. And tutorial. 😊 Great job to everyone. One of the two mattresses was super comfy too. A 5 ⭐️ sleep! Appreciate yall.
