Very helpful amenties (refrigerator, cooktop, toaster). Room was quiet. Can not think of something to improve. Possibly resurface the bathtub.

The bathroom sink was leaking onto the floor. So I couldn't use it. But that didn't bother me so much because I could use the kitchen sink.
