The front desk staff was very friendly. The room definitely looked older and in need of a remodel. Carpets could be cleaned and some new comforters on the beds, other than that it was great and an inexpensive place to stay. We will stay there again. Please leave the light on.
I want to compliment the young lady at the front desk. Very kind and helpful! Great customer service! I think the major issue at this location is how the heat and humidity impact the entrance doors of each room (upstairs or downstairs). I have stayed here more than once and I have had to call the front desk for help to open the door to exit my room. However, I really don't know how that would be remedied and I will stay at this location in the future despite that issue. Thank you!
