After the first night, when I was put into the wrong room, I had a much more comfortable time. Wednesday morning, the manager moved me to the wheelchair accessible room and apologized for my inconvenience.

Excellent location near shopping and restaurants. I was originally placed in a unit upstairs but I didn’t know they didn’t have an elevator and I have a problem with one of my knees. I tried to take my stuff up but, I knew it was not going to work long term and I plan on staying awhile. (relocated for work) Kynisha was quick to change my room. She took great care in finding me the perfect downstairs room for my needs; she even let me see the room before she switched them to make sure I would be happy with it, which was exceptional customer service. I will also note here that she was taking care of another gentlemen on oxygen before me using the same level of customer service. 👏 It looks like they have remodeled with new furniture, large 43 inch TVs 👀 (w HBO) and new sinks in the bathrooms. The walls in both units I looked at had new paint. Both units looked clean. Both had a refrigerator and microwave. I would have stayed in the first if I didn’t have the knee injury. The room has great ac/heat. The shower is smaller in size, but the water pressure is perfect. The internet wifi is fast and no problems with it at all. Overall, I would say this is a very good budget friendly hotel with an outstanding staff. Chelsea was also great when she checked me originally. I've been here 2 days and it’s very peaceful and quiet. I sleep great in their bed which is also new. I’m a solo traveler and I feel safe and happy here. Some people here have dogs because it’s pet friendly, but I have not heard any of them barking. They have rules here to keep everyone happy and safe. The price here is very affordable and a great place to stay for someone with pets and/or on a budget.
