The property is older however the room was clean and the prices reflect the older accomodations. I love that they are pet friendly. We saw a bear in the dumpster on the night we stayed which was pretty neat. Our room had a jacuzzi and the creek running behind it. It's in walking distance (about 3-4 blocks) of the strip but its not on it. General parking in Gatlinburg on the strip is about $20.00 so wear comfy shoes and walk from Motel 6. Overall, I'd stay there again.

It was very nice quiet place and the bed was wonderful so was the balcony love seeing our squirrels we had cold water but it was fixed quickly hope to be back soon room 226 was wonderful
