The cost is great, staff very accommodating. Maybe easier instructions for the cable side of the TV

I had a great time at the hotel, but I did notice that the staff seemed a bit intense when it came to poolside activities. My nephew was just having fun doing some jumps, but the lifeguard was quite stern with him about it. It might be good to find a balance between safety and letting kids enjoy themselves.
