First of all the customer service was perfect for someone that was dealing with so much that day. Imani had no clue what I was dealing with but after interacting with her and how she treated me I felt a lot better. She showed concern and made sure I was satisfied with my room. She was very detailed and showed concern, I appreciate that and was very pleased. She made a big difference in a short amount of time. Thank you Imani!!!!!
Appreciated and enjoyed everything. The grounds and pool were pristine, staff was always friendly with an urgency and willingness to help, even go above and beyond! The upgrades of the rooms and the pure care taken by the cleaning staff was a complete and welcomed surprise. This property has elevated immensely. We look forward to returning.
