Everything was what you expect to pay $56 dollars for. The improvements could easily be extend the check out time to 11am or noon. I don't know why its at 10am. Also a good renovation is in order for the grounds and building.

We could smell marijuana late at night, coming back from the football game, so we placed towels at the base of both the adjoining rooms door and entrance door, which helped, otherwise the room was fine, good beds, nice & quiet.
