Everything worked: heat/AC, TV (just needed to spin the batteries to make the remote work), hot water, refrigerator, lights. One small distraction: the lid for the toilet tank was from a different toilet. I ended up turning the lid around because it fit better backwards.

It would really help if the washer and dryer accept debt cards and a dispenser to but soap and dryer sheets.
