For me it's how friendly the staff is, it feels more like a community then a motel. They treat my little one like one of the family. The most important part is this is the only place we stay where we are not judged immediately.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the manager really went the extra mile to assist me when I left some belongings in my room; I can't recommend their customer service highly enough. Thank you, Harry Lane Motel 6!
