I really like this hotel. The front staff (Candy) is very sweet and polite. If ever I had a concern she took care of it immediately. As for the servicing, they are fantastic! Addie ALWAYS helped me, at any time. She is always polite and always asked if I needed anything. She goes above and beyond for the guests. As for roaches, yes there are some but the building is old and I'm sure every building here in TN. has bugs of one form or another. Plus if you call the front desk they will have your room sprayed. The only reason the rooms didn't get a 5 star is because the building is old.
Pleasant staff and owners very dog friendly. Yes there was an initial musty old cigarette smell to the room but it was very very clean. Totally renovated from paint to flooring. They have clearly done everything to mitigate and between the AC and going in and out it cleared up pretty quickly. Would definitely stay there again.
