The property is older and that is apparent but the property is well maintained, the rooms are clean but desperately need updating. The pool and ice machine was out of order. I would have given a 5 based on the feeling of care and effort that was being made to maintain that size of property but the facts remain about needing updating, operating ice machine and pool. Keep your promises and keep it as clean as possible and consumers feel good about that.
I selected this hotel for its affordability and convenient location, and it exceeded my expectations in those aspects. It turned out to be quieter and felt safer than I anticipated. The front desk staff were outstanding—friendly, efficient, and very helpful. While it may not offer many amenities, I would definitely choose to stay here again for the great value and convenience it provides.
