Ms. Jamie is absolutely amazing, I'm 8 weeks pregnant and my husband and I reserved a non smoking room, however a previous person had smoked in the room without consent of the hotel. With no issues at all Ms. Jamie happily moved us to a room that definitely had no smoking smell residue whatsoever! She even was so considerate enough to also say she'd like to keep us downstairs bc of my pregnancy! 10/10 amazing customer service
