There was a small issue with the room we had booked. It happens sometimes. But the way that Christy and Emily handled things was beyond professional. Even though our issue occurred during a shift change, both ensured smooth communication and resolution. They were incredibly kind and helpful, surely beyond what is required of them. If management is reading this, they both deserve a raise and praise 🫶🏽🫡

It had friendly service and very clean rooms it wasn't very loud at night and the bed was comfortable the only thing I'd change is the cost of sodas in the vending machine
