The customer service was outstanding, demonstrating patience and understanding throughout my stay. However, the hotel could benefit from upgrading the towels to a softer quality, touching up the paint, and adding a fan in the bathroom to help with steam. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the Wi-Fi password available in the room, as I didn't receive it and struggled to connect to the internet.

The housekeeping was excellent and kept everything very clean, although there were some people outside, which is understandable and not something the hotel can control.
