The customer service was outstanding, demonstrating patience and understanding throughout my stay. However, the hotel could benefit from upgrading the towels to a softer quality, touching up the paint, and adding a fan in the bathroom to help with steam. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the Wi-Fi password available in the room, as I didn't receive it and struggled to connect to the internet.

The room was clean and suited my needs perfectly during my brief stay for a funeral service. Its convenient location near several fast-food restaurants like Popeyes, McDonald's, and Whataburger made it even better, and the price was reasonable.
