I liked everything about the property except the almost every midnightly furniture rearranging from the occupant above me.

The customer service was outstanding, demonstrating patience and understanding throughout my stay. However, the hotel could benefit from upgrading the towels to a softer quality, touching up the paint, and adding a fan in the bathroom to help with steam. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the Wi-Fi password available in the room, as I didn't receive it and struggled to connect to the internet.
