I had a wonderful experience with my booking! I called in advance to let them know I would be arriving late, and they assured me my room would be ready whenever I got there. When I finally checked in, everything was perfect, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I appreciated their understanding and attention to detail.

staying in the Mobility Accessible Room allowed my wife, who had a recent amputation, to enjoy her stay -- we both appreciated the quiet, and the view from the second store window, particularly after a month in hospital -- we will be returning for further treatment and will definitely stay at this studio 6
