My arrival started off well, but I encountered an issue as my room had been broken into. I had to wait for a new room since the property was fully booked. It wasn't until the next day, after others checked out and their rooms were cleaned, that I was able to move into a different room. As I write this at 6:30, I'm still waiting for a resolution. Overall, I'm feeling uncertain about the experience, and perhaps a complimentary three-night stay would help me feel better about the situation.
I had a lovely arrival experience, but there was a little hiccup with my initial room being unavailable. They were super accommodating and promptly arranged a different room for me. I had to wait a bit, but it gave me time to explore the hotel amenities. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout the process. Overall, I’m optimistic about the rest of my stay!
