I had a reservation made weeks in advance. I arrived after the designated check in time and my room was not ready. It was at least 15 -20 minutes before I could gain access, which seemed like an eternity after having driven 12 hours that day. The front office staff was very nice and worked feverishly to get the room cleaned. The motel owner needs to hire more help as the two ladies were trying to cover the front desk and clean!!
Front desk gave us a much-needed 1 hour extension for checkout the next morning. Fabulous customer service. My only suggestion for improvement is to repair and re-open the swimming pool. It is a lovely setting, the weather was great, and my daughter was disappointed that she couldn't go swimming. Otherwise, we love this motel and recommend it to everyone.
