Super friendly staff who looked at us and moved us to a first floor room. Good call. Our room was clean and not cramped. It could use a little updating, paint was peeling and the caulk in the bathroom needs replacing. Biggest complaint is the lighting. It was insufficient and the color (warmth) of the bulbs was horrible. Overall I am a loyal Motel 6 customer. You don't charge stupid extra money when I bring my dog and your floors are not carpeted. (Carpets = germ orgys)
The motel is great and has amazing customer service. We had an issue with the room we were originally staying in, but the manager Alicia fixed it immediately. We needed a room with a fridge and microwave and when we said something to her about this she switched us no problem. The experience was 10/10 over all. I will definitely be coming back soon.
