Very good stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I especially want to mention Sam at the front desk. He was very welcoming and friendly. Sam has great energy and made the check-in feel easy and pleasant. We even had a nice conversation while checking in, which made the stay feel more personal. He was patient with guests, explained things clearly, and helped with directions and local information. You can see he takes his job seriously and cares about the guests. Great service overall!
Swam at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The first room I received wasn’t the best fit for me since it had a bit of a pet-room smell, but when I mentioned it he immediately took care of it and switched me to another room without any hassle. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating he was. Great customer service like that makes a big difference. Thank you!
