There was a HUGE mix-up with our phone reservation which was made for an entirely different State than the one we were in. Joy was incredibly kind and helped us cancel our reservation. Although his location was all booked up for the night, Joy took the time to provide us the attention and reassurance we needed at that moment. Thank you, Joy, you are a gentleman and your kindness will never be forgotten!

Clean quiet rooms, good to fair prices and I've had nothing but good experiences with Ro. They have worked with me and are not pushy about anything, very much appreciate my experience here. That a decent location as well and not very busy section of town where you can get in and out of traffic just there on the south end.
