Nick, at the front desk was awesome. I had booked a different hotel online and it was terrible. Nick took the time late at night to let me look at a room and found an affordable option for me. I'm in town for work and needed an affordable place to stay. It's one of the better lower end hotels. Leaving a review strictly due to Nick's willingness to help and take the time to provide excellent customer service.
This hotel has been here my entire life & I've seen it thru different owners. Mr. Pat is my favorite thus far. His employees seem happy & the laundry/housekeeping staff are amazing! We adore Ms. San & Mr. Rick as they've been here double digit years & have seen me thru many phases of life. While living in a hotel/motel isn't ideal they truly have made this year feel like home.
