The toilet was extremely dirty. The bowl needs to be cleaned on the outside. There was urine everywhere. We were still okay with our stay due to security and the convenience with our pet, as well as a stellar front desk clerk. But cleaning the exterior of the toilet is an easy fix. No major complaints. Great service from the front desk. Happy to use the laundry machines.

We liked co The convenience of the location. They were able to find your room same day same day. Very friendly stuff. I would only say as far as improvement is. Maybe laundry room needs to be cleaned out more often.
