The room had a nice vibe but seemed like it could use a deeper clean. The bathroom was a bit underwhelming, but we made do. We thought the mall was just a stone's throw away, but it turned out to be a longer trek than anticipated. The nearby convenience store was closed, which was a bit of a letdown. We paid for a late checkout until 11 AM, yet we received a call at 10:30 AM, which felt a bit premature. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway, but we managed to enjoy our stay overall.
The hotel offered a great price and had professional customer service. However, I received an unsolicited wake-up call at 10:30 am, and the floor hadn't been cleaned properly, as there was a sticky residue near the doorway and bathroom. Additionally, I found a dead beetle behind the mattress and another on the floor, but thankfully, they weren't bedbugs, so it was only a minor concern. Despite these issues, the room met my needs.
