Got the room for Monday 6/22 just to swim honestly. Didn’t stay the night but the room was clean and the girl working gave us a room right by the pool so really enjoyed that! The kids enjoyed the pool and my aunt visited us and the front desk didn’t make it a big deal or anything. So we really appreciate that they were nice about that too! Would definitely recommend. Everyone was friendly and I love how they kept the outside clean! will be back again soon!(:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service from Tony! I had a great experience at Motel 6 in El Paso, and Tony really stood out. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s always appreciated when someone genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Tony is a great asset to the team. Five stars for his commitment to service.
