Love it here, but I really need a handicap room. I'm in a wheelchair and it's hard to get around the room and in bathroom

The air conditioner was really loud. You could not sleep or watch tv with it on. The man at the front desk went out of his way to get us a room with a working unit. He told me he would check another room, and if all was well, he would call me with the room number. He went out of his way to make sure everything was great and we were not inconvenienced. He apologized as well. We were impressed with him and how he responded. No lid on the toilet. Room felt a little tired
