The air conditioner was really loud. You could not sleep or watch tv with it on. The man at the front desk went out of his way to get us a room with a working unit. He told me he would check another room, and if all was well, he would call me with the room number. He went out of his way to make sure everything was great and we were not inconvenienced. He apologized as well. We were impressed with him and how he responded. No lid on the toilet. Room felt a little tired
The room was quite simple, but considering the price, the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Room 107 was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the only amenity available was coffee. On the downside, there was just a bar of soap provided, with no shampoo or tissues, and the floor felt a bit sticky, suggesting that the cleaning water may not have been changed between rooms. Despite these issues, they didn't detract significantly from my overall experience.
