Check-in and check-out was a breeze. I liked that you had to use your room card/key to use the elevator; it added a sense of extra security. For improvement, I'd suggest taking care of the smell on the ninth floor. Our room was on the ninth floor and there was a weird smell exiting the elevator. Also, I wish parking was included like it used to be a couple years ago. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We felt very safe and felt good knowing that an issue concerning smoking inside the hotel that we had not even complained about was handled before we had the chance to complain.
